Then Chefs Academy is for you! Develop all the skills that you need as Chef de Partie, by attending either some or all of the modules. Kitchen Management Introduction, Pastry, Practical Cookery, Butchery, Sauce Masterclass, Fish (Billingsgate Fish Market) delivered by our own Head Chefs and Group specialists.
Then our QED Managers Programme is for you. As well as attending the managerial modules there are also specialist modules focusing on Food Profitability, Menu Design and Level 3 Food Hygiene if required. Find out more about the programme here.
